What services do you provide?
We handle everything for you, just let us know what you need. While we can’t do the packing and unpacking, the sky’s the limit. We are a full service travel agency.

What if I have a group who wants to travel together?
Wonderful! With more than three years of group experience, we have worked with groups as small as a couple rooms to over 100 rooms! No group is too large or activity too small.

What if I need to cancel after the deposit is paid?
Normal cancellation fees assessed by the travel suppliers will apply. Travel On A Dream, LLC does not charge it’s own cancellation fees, however, service fees (if any) will be due.

What service fees are assessed?
The only time a service fee would be assessed would be if a commission is not paid. An example would be if you had us purchase tickets to a museum or for airfare and nothing else. Service fees would be disclosed prior to securing tickets or reservations.

Do you offer incentives to book with you?
Yes! Please see our loyalty program. We reward you with onboard credits for cruise bookings and referral fees for your referrals.

I have a friend who wants to travel too. Do I get a credit or bonus if I refer them to you?
Referrals are not only welcomed, they are rewarded. Once your friend has traveled, you will earn a referral credit, applied to a future booking of yours with us. Rewards are based on the amount of the reservation your friend booked.

Why don’t you just discount my price instead of giving an onboard credit, etc.?
Travel suppliers in general do not allow travel agencies to pay a portion of your travel. They also don’t allow us to give you a discount. Our only option is to offer you something you can use on your vacation as a thank you. The money for these rewards comes out of the agency’s commission paid by the travel suppliers. This is why the rewards are based on the amount spent and why travel is required to receive the reward.

What if I don’t use all of my onboard credit?
If the onboard credit is not used entirely, the remaining balance will be forfeited. Although the cruise line will note it is refundable, it is refunded back to the agency.

Do you match onboard credits from other agencies?
In general, no. However, if you would like us to evaluate this on a case by case basis, please let us know. Since the onboard credits are paid with the commission earned, many times it will not be possible to raise this amount.

I am not happy with my agent. What can I do?
Please contact Tracy directly at Tracy@travelonadream.com to discuss. If needed, you will be reassigned to a new agent.

I haven’t received a quote back or heard back from my agent in some time. What do I do?
Please check your junk mail filter. If you haven’t heard back within 24 hours, something may be wrong so please email info@travelonadream.com or call 888-681-1240 (please select option 1 if you don’t have an agent assigned yet).
